Apple license

Invoices is licensed, not sold. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless the App Store displays a different license for the app. These Terms add the product-specific rules below.

Your account and permitted use

You are responsible for your device, account credentials, and activity through your account. Do not misuse the service, bypass subscription or security controls, interfere with other users, or use Invoices for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful activity.

Your documents

You retain ownership of the invoices, estimates, client information, photos, signatures, stamps, and other content you create or provide. You allow BitForge and its service providers to process that content only as needed for features you choose, such as sync, AI Import, Shared Invoice, support, or export.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your documents, tax settings, payment instructions, recipients, and any permission required to use personal or business information.

AI Import

AI Import sends a document to OpenAI through the Invoices backend only after you confirm the disclosure. You must have permission to process the document. AI results may be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed before saving or sharing. The Privacy Policy explains the data flow and retention.

Subscriptions

Apple handles purchases and displays the price, billing period, trial, and renewal terms before purchase. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until canceled through your Apple account settings. Deleting Invoices or your Invoices account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Refunds are handled under Apple's rules.

Sharing, exports, and payment links

Shared Invoice and export features send documents only when you choose to share them. A “sent” state or successful handoff is not a guaranteed read receipt, acceptance, or payment confirmation.

Invoices may place payment instructions or a payment-link QR code on a document, but it does not process card or bank payments or guarantee collection. You are responsible for the link, instructions, destination, and recipient you choose.

Privacy and account deletion

The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Account deletion removes the supported backend account and server records but does not automatically remove local device data, private iCloud data, external exports, or App Store purchase history.

Service availability and professional responsibility

Features may change, be unavailable, or depend on Apple or other providers. Invoices is provided under the warranty and liability terms in Apple's Standard EULA and any rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Invoices is a document tool, not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You are responsible for checking that your documents meet the requirements that apply to your business.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the app or its services change. The effective date above will be updated. Questions can be sent to BitForge through the private support form.
