What can I create with Invoices?
You can create invoices and estimates, manage clients and saved items, customize document presentation, preview PDF output, and use eligible payment, recurring, report, archive, signature, stamp, photo, and AI features.
How many invoice templates are available?
The current catalog contains 39 active templates with editable logo, colors, typography, density, labels, sections, and business defaults.
Can I send invoices as PDF?
Yes. Preview the PDF and open the iOS share, send, print, or save workflow. Available destinations depend on the apps and services installed on the iPhone.
Does Invoices process client payments?
No. You can include payment instructions or a provider-neutral payment link and manually record payments, but the app does not process or automatically reconcile them.
Does sent mean my client opened the invoice?
No. A confirmed share or send handoff is not a client-open confirmation, legal read receipt, or proof of delivery.
How does AI invoice import work?
Premium AI can extract supported invoice details from a PDF or image and propose an editable draft. You review the business, client, dates, services, and amounts before anything is saved.
Can estimates become invoices?
Yes. You can record an estimate outcome and convert the estimate into an invoice workflow without re-entering the approved scope.
Are recurring invoices sent automatically?
No. Recurring work creates a draft-first workflow with optional local reminders. You review and choose when to share the document.
Will the app be free to start?
Yes. At launch, Invoices will be free to download and will offer optional in-app purchases. Standard premium features use Pro; AI import uses Premium AI. Apple will show the current products and prices before purchase.
Where can I get support?
Use the private support form. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, full bank details, card information, or private signing credentials.
